- Corrections. A fare that looks wrong, a changed station name, an inaccurate route or information that no longer matches an official source.
- Questions about our guidance. Tell us when an explanation is unclear or a guide does not answer the journey-planning question you expected it to.
- Suggestions. A destination, station question or comparison that would make the site more useful.
- Embeds and partnerships. Questions about using our tools on your website. See the embeds page. We do not sell sponsored articles or paid links.
- Press and permissions. Questions about the publication or permission to reuse material.
Reporting an error
Please include the page address, the detail you believe is wrong, and the evidence supporting a correction, ideally a direct RTA announcement, a Dubai Media Office release or a description of current station signage. Clearly distinguish a source you have checked from something you have heard elsewhere.
Reports affecting fares, operating hours, routing or safety receive priority. The publisher investigates substantiated reports, but we cannot promise a response or correction within a fixed period. Our editorial policy explains how corrections and review dates are handled.
When to contact the RTA instead
We cannot access Nol accounts, locate lost property, issue refunds, resolve fine disputes or confirm live service disruptions. For those matters, use the official RTA channels at rta.ae, the S’hail app, station staff, or the RTA customer-service number 800 9090 within the UAE. Do not wait for this site’s reply before an urgent or time-sensitive journey.
Before sending your message
Do not include Nol card numbers, Emirates ID numbers, payment details, passwords or other sensitive information. The form sends your name, email, message, IP address and referring page to the site’s administrative mailbox. Hosting and email providers process that information to operate the service; we do not sell your message or add it to a marketing list. See our privacy policy for details and deletion requests.
