This site collects as little data as possible. This page describes exactly what is collected and why. Last updated: July 2026.
What we collect
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard access logs (IP address, requested page, browser user-agent, timestamp) for security and error diagnosis. Logs rotate automatically and are not used to profile visitors.
- Contact form. If you write to us, we receive the name, email address and message you submit, plus the submitting IP address (used only for spam control). We use this information solely to reply to you. It is never sold, shared or added to any mailing list.
What we do not do
- No advertising networks and no ad-tracking scripts run on this site.
- No analytics trackers are currently installed. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, this page will be updated first.
- No marketing cookies. Any cookie you see from this site is a technical one set by our caching layer to serve pages faster.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children, and the site is not directed at children.
Third-party links
We link to external sites – primarily rta.ae and news sources. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers only dubaimetrotrains.com.
Your choices
You can browse the entire site without submitting any personal information. If you have written to us and want your message deleted, reply to the same thread or use the contact form and we will remove it.
